Just because you may have a system fault it doesn't necessarily mean you have to
endure the cost of a visit by a speciality Technician.
PES will initially consult the problem with the client on the telephone to
ensure that the correct action is taken.
It has been found by our Service team that 10 to 15% of calls to our office have actually
not required a site visit but instead required a further understanding of the system or
indeed had their problem resolved by our "Remote dial in Services" facility.
PES has heavily invested in providing a Technical Telephone Support Team that is free of
charge to our existing and potential customers.
