We are audited by BAFE twice a year on both our installation standards and our paperwork, leading to our BAFE Gold award. This award means that we operate to ISO9001.
Our Fire Designer, Lloyd, and the install engineers work with the admin team to complete the paperwork, which can take up to 2 full days per system, as we are dedicated to getting every aspect right.
